School hours: 8:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. (extended care available beginning 7 a.m., ending 5:30 p.m.)

Extracurricular Opportunities
Trinity Lutheran School encourages the total development of each child's academic, spiritual, physical, social-emotional, and intellectual abilities and aptitudes. Extracurricular opportunities help students extend and apply skills learned in the home and classroom.
Athletics

Basketball
Grades 5 - 8
Trinity Chargers basketball is a great opportunity to develop on court skills and practice conditioning. The season includes a full schedule of both home and away games and tournaments.

Cross Country
Grades 3 - 8
Coaches focus on helping Trinity athletes develop the endurance and strength needed for distance running. Trinity Chargers run in several area meets.

Soccer
Preschool - Kindergarten
Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program with a focus on character development. The program, offered during the school day, positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through coaching, communication and curriculum.

Taekwondo
Preschool - Grade 8
ATA Black Belt Academy brings lessons to students with the ATA Tigers program. Preschool and kindergarten participants have instruction during the school day, while students in grades 1 to 8, receive lessons after school one day a week.

Track & Field
Grades 3 - 8
Daily training with exercises and runs around the school prepare Trinity Chargers to compete in competition meets and races. Fitness programming includes dodge ball, an ABCs drill, and increased number of laps and course difficulty allow students to gradually build up strength and endurance.

Volleyball
Grades 5 - 8
Bump, set and spike are the first basics mastered by Trinity volleyball players, followed by work to develop the "ace" serve. The Trinity Chargers play competition matches and compete in tournaments against other area teams.

Band
Grades 4 - 8
Walther Grade School Instrumental Program delivers private 15-minute lessons during the school day, opportunities to participate in the Walther Monday Night Band, and multi-school concerts.

Walther Grade School Instrumental Program delivers private 20-minute lessons during the school day, opportunities to participate in the Walther Monday Night Wind Ensemble, and group concerts.

Theatrical performance, instrumental recital, and mixed media artwork displays from students of all ages are showcased and celebrated at the Trinity Lutheran School Fine Arts Festival.

Grades 7 - 8
Trinity's Student Spirit Council plans fun activities, like Funny Hat Day, Pajama Day, Stuffed Animal Day, Crazy Hair Day, Superhero Day, and more. And on Fridays - special treats like Nachos and Hot Chocolate are available.
TITLE
Full STEAM ahead! Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics aren't just for class. STEAM Club gives students an opportunity outside of schooltime to perfect these creative and vocations skills in Trinity's dedicated STEAM Lab.
